My dad is so sweet. I left my phone @ home and he brought it to me.. and then he went to get me an early dinner because I was starving. :-)
Working the evening shift is weird. Unless I’m actually walking meds to the floors, time just CRAWLS!
Just dropped off the moving truck. I can’t believe we finished unloading tonight! I have an AWESOME family. <3
Just stopped in Cotulla. Should be home in just over an hour.
Refuelled in Austin. Back on the road.
Just headed out. Inspection: complete. Goodbye Killeen! Goodbye, Alma Drive!
The house is super empty. Just getting the last of the cleaning done before calling it a night. Inspection @ 2pm tomorrow.
We leave Ldo any hour now. Here’s to a very productive weekend and a big chunk of my security deposit back!!
I wanna upload new (and not so new) pictures already!!! I want my computer/workstation back! (..Or at least a memory card reader.)
Oh, and cool fact about my day today: I walked up and down 30 flights of stairs at work today. Pretty neat stuff.
Why am I ALWAYS having dreams that I am at work?? It defeats the purpose of sleep!!
Lost 50mm lens cap @ a xmas party last night :-( Replacement will run $2-10. I need a velcro system to prevent this from happening again.
Our first night in he new house and I just assumed someone set the heater. We’d been sleeping in a 50 degree house all night! NO WONDER!
And to top it off.. NO HOT WATER. What the hell????
WHERE THE HECK IS THE WATER HEATER?? Did this house not “come with one”?????? I have to be at work in an hour! (Yes, working on xmas.)
Given the stupidity that is last night & this morning, I may as well have been living in a “van down by the river” >:-(
This is, by far, the weirdest and most awkward Christmas ever.
The new house is so cool! Tho it sucks having to fill out an inventory the 1st day, marking EVERY imperfection right at the start…

A horn quartet came to serenade the 4th floor (children’s wing) of the hospital w/ christmas carols. So pretty :-)

At the hospital orientation. Thinking my microbiology prof would get a laugh from the infection control presentation..
These people are so disorganized. Speakers showing up late, being unprepared, glitches with the projection equipment.. It’s annoying.
Made it to Laredo safely after a terribly long drive. Exhausted.

Finally ate breakfast.. but it’s already “time” for lunch. This is going to be difficult. Must continue packing.

Just finished eating the lunch I was too nauseous to eat 5 hours ago. I’m just going to pretend everything is okay and hopefully it will be.
Just finished vacuuming the car. I’ve learned that the only way I can deal with “things” is by keeping busy.

Finally got my driver’s license renewed after 3 1/2 hours of bullsh*t.
Been sitting around for an hour and a half. At least it’s nice out. My camera is low on btry which is why i should ALWAYS bring my cam bag.
Still feeling incredibly nauseous. Please get this feeling to go away.
