Being a Good Mom Is, #001
Being a good mom is letting her eat orange jello with her hands right after she gets out of the bath all clean.. just because she asked so politely (and even though you know she’ll make another mess, although not on purpose).
So after grocery shopping, I’m in the parking lot loading my car when the shopping cart guy walks past me. He kinda pauses and looks back as if to wait for my cart until I’m finished loading. I rush-rush-rush to get everything inside, get the door closed, grab my purse from the cart and thank him for taking it for me… only to realize my KEYS were still in the cart! I literally...
But First..
I need to go grocery shopping. But first.. I need to take a shower. But first.. I need to run on the treadmill. But first.. I need to clean the house. But first… okay, I’ve got nothin’. I’m totally putting off cleaning and will probably have to eat cereal again for dinner!

I Don't Like Cinnamon!
So I prepared cinnamon toast for breakfast and served some for Kayleigh only to have her say “I don’t like cinnamon!!” So I turned around, flipped the cinnamon side down and asked her to take a bite. Success! I flipped it over and she not only gobbled it all down but asked for another slice. I’m so sneaky.

A little dream I have running in my head..
I don’t know why, but I find the idea of this so hilariously cute if it really were to happen. So many of you may not know that I work at a hospital. I work in a pharmacy preparing and delivering meds to the floors. My department is very close to the O.R. so I’m used to seeing people in green scrubs with protective hair caps, shoe covers, face masks.. etc. It’s an everyday thing...

To scrobble from iPod Touch to Last.fm through iTunes:
* Connect your iPod Touch to your computer.
* Open iTunes (if it doesn’t open automatically).
* When iTunes recognizes your iPod, click “iPod Touch” (under “Devices” on the left sidebar).
* When that loads, click the “Sync” button at the bottom right of iTunes. Yes, you have to sync first!...

Evernote + Shoeboxed sounds like SUCH a great concept, especially for someone like me who has a bazillion receipts and keeps them for 12 months (for some reason). But I don’t see it as being worth $200/year. Hmm. Looks like DIY it is.
